You have purchased and accepted that the products/genetics bought on this site are intended for souvenirs only and are sold as souvenir/collectable hemp seeds/strains.

You confirm your invoice and delivery details are correct and that the failure of delivery caused by incomplete and/or incorrect address is your responsibility. Please do not use bogus or false names as your postal service may not recognise it and therefore not deliver your parcel. This can also void the insurance on your purchase of souvenir hemp seeds/strains.

You confirm that you have checked your current state and international laws before ordering souvenir seeds/strains and that it is safe and lawful for you to purchase. Our company does not encourage anyone to break the laws of their city, state or country and cannot be held resposnible for any such actions from anyone who purchase souvenir hemp seeds/strains.

Shipping with Original Sensible Seeds
Original Sensible Seeds offer a fast and efficient turn around on all souvenir hemp seeds/strains purchased from our site. The majority of orders are posted using standard or recorded delivery within 24 - 72 hours of payment being received (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Orders are discreetly and securely packaged for your peace of mind. All International orders are posted using standard or recorded delivery to arrive within 7 - 14 working days once shipped.

Standard:
When selecting this option it is fully understood in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order that there are limitations to locating it within the postal systems. By selecting a standard shipping option you fully agree to these terms.


Tracking:
Tracking means that your order is allocated a tracking number** when dispatched. This reference number enables you to track the delivery from our door to yours.

 

Insured:
All of our insured (tracking) shipping options include insurance to the value of the products within that order (excluding shipping cost). However we must receive relevant photographic evidence before we can re-ship, credit your account or refund with 100% the value of your products.

Please note that the standard shipping & basic tracking options do not include insurance and therefore are not insured.

Stealth:
For your privacy all orders are sent in a plain envelopes.
Most souvenir hemp seeds/strains are carefully removed from bulky original breeders packaging and are enclosed discretely in your package. For extra privacy and security your order may also be shipped with a random item. If you are worried about your privacy and security, this is the option for you!

** All orders shipped to within the US and all other countries outside of Europe will be subject to the above packaging measures to ensure safe delivery unless otherwise selected during the checkout process.

Sending us an order by Mail:
Original Sensible Seeds accept cash orders by mail. Simply make your souvenir product choices and select to pay via cash at the checkout.
Then send us your cash payment to our postal address. Please include your order number with your cash payment. Please note we accept Euros, GBP pounds sterling, US, Canadian, Austrailian and New Zealand dollars.Please make sure you send notes only, no cheques, no coins.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE SENDING CASH WE WOULD RECOMEND YOU SEND VIA A REGISTERED/INSURED TRACKABLE POSTAL SERVICE.

 

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As long as your order has not already been shipped, we will be able to cancel your order and refund your payment card / original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 28 working days to appear on your bank statement when purchasing via a credit or debit card.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if your order has not already been shipped. It is your resposibility to check your order to ensure it is correct.

 

Damaged items:

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you arrives damaged, please contact us via the ticketing system and include any supporting photographic evidence of how your order arrived.

Please note that any questions we receive relating to the germination or cultivation of souvenir hemp seeds will go unanswered. Please don't presume that this is rudeness, we simply have to abide by the laws that govern the sale of souvenir hemp seeds/strains.

PRICING & PAYMENT
 

All prices seen on the Original Sensible Seeds website are final and include sales taxes unless otherwise stated. Any pricing errors will result in your order being suspended until Original Sensible Seeds has contacted you via the methods provided.

Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Original Sensible Seeds until paid for in full.

All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. Your bank or Credit Card Company may require security checks to validate your purchase.

Original Sensible Seeds may on occasion require credit checks for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed.

We always try to make sure that all prices on our website are accurate, but errors can occur. We will inform you as soon as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided if we discover any error in the pricing of the products you have purchased. You will then have an option to cancel the order or reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not get back to us in 7 working days, we will cancel your order.

We try to keep our inventory up to date but we cannot guarantee that any specific product will always be available. Should stock expire, and we cannot complete your order, we will contact you straight away by email. If you cannot wait
for your items to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out-of-stock product, to the same value or more, (this may require an additional payment) so that your order is shipped immediately and is not delayed any further. If there is no alternative product that you would like to exchange it for, we will offer you a refund or store credit depending on payment method on the out-of-stock item.  

Please make sure all promotional items your order qualifies for are in the shopping cart before checking out. Please contact us if there is any issue. Please note free promotional items may change due to stock availability. We will try to keep these the same or as close to the original item as possible, but sometimes this is out of our control and the final decision will be ours.
