We are unable to discuss germination of any cannabis seeds.
Any questions or comments regarding germination will go unanswered.
Order Statuses
Answer:
Processing : We have received your payment and are now processing your order. Please allow 1-3 working days for processing. On occasion, this may be extended by a few working days.
Complete : Your order has now been shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and if you selected tracking, you will also receive your tracking number.
Not receiving update emails?
Answer:
Order confirmation and shipment notes are sent automatically.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam / junk / promotions tab, just in case they have landed there.
Please mark our email address as safe to ensure that you receive all future correspondence regarding your orders.
How to cancel an order
Answer:
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As long as your order has not already been shipped, we will be able to cancel your order and refund your payment card.
If your order has already been shipped, you must return the order to us unopened.
Once we have received the unopened returned order, we will arrange a refund to your payment card, minus a handling fee of €8.99.
Alternatively, we can arrange a store credit.
Please note that refunds can take up to 28 working days to appear on your bank statement.
How to change / amend an order?

As long as your order has not already been shipped, we will be able to amend your order.
If your order has already been shipped, you must return the order to us unopened. Once we have received the unopened returned order, we will arrange a new shipment with the amended products.

You will be charged in your local currency where available. We provide a currency conversion on the website which is updated regularly.

Pay with Cash - All Customers
To send a cash payment, just select the cash payment option in the checkout. Accepted currencies are USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD.

If you are in a location where we offer guaranteed / insured delivery options, in the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in the way it was intended, we will reship your order in full.

How Long Do Orders Take To Arrive Once Shipped?

How to return an item?
